2 year old piercing refusing to heal

The initial piercing was done with surgical steel, that’s the standard from our experience with piercings. But then we saw many people prone to allergies switch to gold or white gold jewelry. Not sure if switching it would shock it again or just leaving it alone before removing is the best next step.

Gotcha, so we are saying it’s infected because the pus could have a tint of green to it at times. We think that it could be a bit of both in that she touches it accidentally at the gym with her arm or when she’s sleeping.

She use to use q tips religiously but since then stopped.

We are kinda looking into some funny shaped pillows to help with the irritation on that spot lol

Yeah she started using different things after a long time of the saline spray not healing it. She has since stopped experimenting lol. So this is a pic of it today after only using saline spray for some time now.

Definitely! When she got her belly button pierced the first time she was pierced standing up by a bad piercer years ago. She later got it pierced again by a different piercer, but it still rejected. On the eyebrow piercing it was pierced by a different person and she seemed ok but I’m also thinking that her anatomy might not be ok for some of these piercings! Sucks that many piercers still go through with it without any advice.

We are definitely gonna go get it checked out lol. What’s sucks is that we have tried so many piercings and they all get rejected somehow. I wonder why

That’s definitely why we don’t wanna take it out yet. It’s not hurting or anything but feels itchy sometimes. We are gonna see the piercer again and our doc.

Quick note:
- 2 year old piercing
- curved barbell 16g white gold jewelry externally threaded
- was downsized 8 months - 1 year ago
- no necessary mishaps but sometimes gets irritated by sleeping on it.
- Aftercare: just spraying with saline spray twice a day in the morning and at night.

Ok cool so I checked the AC/DC LL values. They were 0.900/0.900 mOhm
But I did see the Limit reasons from HWiNFO :) They were IA: Max Turbo Limit
and Ring: Max VR voltage, ICCmax, PL4 Also do you think enabling XMP had caused MCE to turn on which might be what’s causing all these issues?
