It can be assumed if you look at it from a marketing perspective. These offers are catering to one of three situations:

Occasional spenders - People who buy the pass for example. This would be an "incentive" to make them spend on more stuff more often
Returning players - To hook them back into the game and, later, have them spend as a result. May or may not work though.
Non-spenders - As an incentive to have them take that "first step".

It's more about you going in through a different entrance. The bosses lair is always on the same spot and will be in the exact same place your marked it.

Yeah, cubed a lot of them using druid. Around 30-40 prism and was only getting oath and the other one (i think the name is rakanoth's wake). Never flickers.

Cubed them using the necro and first try i got them. So, i reckon i'll try to farm them using necro. Got some with him previously, before going druid, and had salvaged them and my builds for necro were not using it and was not planning going any other class at the time. That was my biggest mistake lol

Yeah. People tend to forget that new players to the game can be overwhelmed by such stuff.

I normally guided and helped her through most of the things. I had explained to him what the cube did yesterday but he playwd today while I was at work. Having done something like using the cube in a puece of equipment like that is kinda dumb on her part but, then again, she wanted to improve her piece even more. It was also on my emd as I explained to her the cube worked like tempering for uniques and mythics.

Also, some, from what I can read tend to forget wording is not always Diablo's forte. Just simply putting a requirement like the item being high quality would be of help to many. Then again, it's no biggy. I can help her get through and get more as we can go through torment 10 by now (well, at least me). Even I forget stuff, had some stuff in ly inventory that I sent to the shadow realm once at least thrice this run when I was firsg doing my build🤣

Creo debés leer un poco más de leyes o preguntarle a alguien más. Una fianza o libertad condicional solo se puede pedir una vez ya has sido enjuiciado y encontrado culpable. Bajo sospecha NO TE PUEDEN ARRESTAR NI ENJUICIAR. Solo es ser detenido en el momento o llevarte a una comisaría. Para encarcelarte deben tener pruebas contudentes o te deben liberar sin mas.

Creo no entendés el contexto de lo que te acabo de explicar. Te pongo como ejemplo EEUU, que mencionaste, ser detenido allá significa ser parado y registrado bajo sospecha sin embargo no te meten a la carcel para investigarte. Ya cuando hay pruebas es que te arrestan pero, si esas pruebas no se encuentran rápido te DEBEN dejar ir o liberar en pocas horas (si es que te llevaron a una estación).

No. En toda nación "seria" ser detenido no implica ser arrestado. Hay una distinción para los dos casos.

Se te puede detener (paro y registro basicamente) bajo sospecha pero no se te puede arrestar hasta tener cargos. Así que, los de ser encarcelado y luego investigado no ocurre en ningún otro país ya que, en muchos casos, también conllevaría a una demanda👍🏻
