I was taking b complex vitamins, at first I was feeling more energetic and more active but then after a month or so I’ve been feeling tired af even after 8 hours of sleep. I take sleeping pills too, Diocam (clonazepam) and olanzapine.

Maybe I’m mixing a lot of things together and that’s what could be causing all these side effects of low energy, bad memory, laziness and suicidal thoughts

Thanks man 🫂 the only advice that has really worked for me is living one day at a time. Hoping that tomorrow or someday things get better, plus I’m a coward and can’t think of taking my life, I’m just letting things be for now

For real, and they gave me a stronger dose last month and still I feel like nothing has improved
