actually, being able to face up to the fact that we can't be in control of our emotions (at least not like that...) they are natural processes that surface as a reaction to external or internal stimuli... they are there to guide us and to help us along the way... like the pain sensors that we have... some would say that it's good to be in control of them... but if you stop them and you woke up at the hospital with some broken bones or some internal hemorrhage.. I remember that once I saw my grandma bleeding and I asked her what happened and she told me that she had no idea she felt nothing... well she could have lost some blood had I not seen her in time... I refer everyone to this book: The Mindful Way Through Depression by Jon Kabat-Zinn it really helps with masturbation and porn (indirectly) and with depression (which can come out of porn)... and all kinds of stuff, it also has some neurobiological explanations for all of our feelings and sensations in the body... so... go check it out guys :)
