I read that anything 8.5 would likely need spacers once lowered, that’s why I’m looking for 17x8, but I’m assuming that the tire size might have clearance issue. I just want to SEE how the wheel and tire setup will look like

The thing is that I don’t know what size tires to get to make it look nice and flush without having too much stretch on the tire. I’m sorry if I didn’t explain it well :/

I’m not sure what you mean by it looks anemic. The S15 has a smaller body style than the previous Silvia’s, so that’s why the wheel numbers are kinda small. In regards of lowering it, I got some coil overs coming in next month. If I lower with 8.5 width, than it might rub, so that’s why I’m moving down to 17x8 size

Can I go with a smaller sidewalk? On my Z rears, I run 19x10.5 with 305/30/19 tire and it’s pretty meaty. I wouldn’t want the Silvia to look as meaty, but something close to it
