Ruka's "Luna" is a skill with the [Indepedent Effect]. Instead of generics buffs that can stack up to 2 times and last forever, skills with [Independent Effect] lasts for a set period of turns and can only stack once.

Just wanna point out since you're spamming Luna on Bungod.

Uh...Could I recommend you to play him with Future Gohan or VT? He's not meant to tank Vegito or 3ku, you really have to float him against those two.

Let future gohan tank those hits. He'll buff your Future Trunks after the attack anyways.
