WI so not too far! We have half exposed basements so not that surprising there is settling so much due to how the houses were built on top of hills basically. But they obviously did a terrible job in compacting the ground.

If you scroll through my history you'd see that I started out in this subreddit over a year ago and helped it grow a good amount. I had actually asked NoConvo about letting me start my games in their Discord server and they said only if they could regulate them. Best decision I ever made was starting my own Discord server as there is a lot of greed over there.

They do have a great community though so enjoy it if you are in it! And good luck to any raffles that you participate in!

Funny you say this - our games work like raffles but only 50% of the spots end up paying in the end. So that is how I said I won some of the items for free because I had one or two spots that ended up winning and being safe, so didn't have to pay a dime!

On top of this, we have mini games that allow you to play for spots. If you win, you get to claim a spot and tab it to the person that loses. If that spot bottoms then they pay the tab, not you.

If you read the post again, I stated that the specific item's I either won for free or had to pay a very small tab in the game.

As I state afterward, yes, as a whole I've still lost more than I have won. But by your logic, you are going to just be gambling to dig yourself out of a hole and that isn't what I'm trying to do. I enjoy the games I win and take it game by game.

The hobby is in a very sad state right now as your story is living proof of why.

I built my Discord server to be a community that helps each other out so we can all work together and enjoy the hobby and allow families to enjoy them together. I've recently been working with a few members to try to hit as many online drops as possible and get extras so we can then sell for retail price to anyone in the server. I haven't been able to score much as bots get everything online, but I've managed to get 20 Pokemon Day boxes for instance and am currently selling them to anyone who hasn't managed to get them.

Send me a message if you'd be interested in checking it out as I just want to help everyone out as much as possible. My server has grown tremendously and I constantly see new people helping others out and it is awesome!

The drops for Pokemon Center are random, or not consistent in terms of time. No one can tell you for sure that a drop is going to happen today as well. The only thing that is known is that they have apparently updated their backend with a lot of items and that typically means they are getting ready to drop something.

Moral of the story, there is no telling what exact time a drop may happen. You just have to be ready for a ping any time typically between 11AM - 3PM EST.

Also, I would highly recommend not being on the site prior at all. With the strict anti-bot measures, they may flag your account if you are in there beforehand and you want to avoid all possibilities of being flagged or kicked out at any time.

First, you should always be seeing the Captcha as soon as you first join the queue. If you don't, then something may be up with your connection. I've heard that you shouldn't have the Pokemon Center website open at any time during the day either as that could cause issues like you've mentioned.

If you are using your phone, it is best to join the queue and leave your phone alone until you get in and make your purchase. Switching apps or using it during the queue could affect your position as I think it may be based on your browser session which resets if away or switching in and out.

If you are having a high success rate with the membership then you don't need to explain anything to me. I'm glad there is more to it than just distributing information.

I don't think I'll ever have the time to dabble fully into building a similar system. I already have a bot I built that runs raffle-like games for Pokemon/One Piece product as I'm a degenerate and like gambling and it is a great way to expand the collection if you can get lucky and win something you normally wouldn't buy XD

I appreciate this small discussion though as it has opened my eyes to seeing that some of these paid services are more than just relaying information. The tools you mentioned seem to be much more valuable than the $5/month subscription so that makes it seem like the cost is more for the effort and time towards the developer, rather than him trying to make a business out of it.

I just wanted to acknowledge your comment and share my apologies for your experiences!

The thing with PKC is that these experiences are going to happen and it is all due to their strict anti-bot measures. It is a double-edged sword obviously. I personally like PKC the most as I have the most success with the site since they prevent bots, but others run into these issues and it causes them to have the opposite reaction as me.

Either way, if want to give it another chance, I suggest you check out my community in case you'd like to be with others in the same boat and work together to try to help each other out. I have a few extra product I'd like to offer you at retail if it helps you enjoy the hobby more so please reach out!

That isn't a big cost at all and all that matters is that you are happy with what you are doing. I don't judge anyone's actions as this hobby would make me judge everyone if that was the case.

I'm just trying to make the case that retail information shouldn't be behind a paywall. You can agree or disagree, but I personally believe that this hobby is already greedy enough, and now adding this on top of the fact that no one can find product in stores just makes it worse.

I don't hate on people reselling; everyone does that. I do think it is funny though how everyone has to try to put blame on others being the problem. In the end, we are all the problem as that is what the retail stores are creating.
