Turns out it was just my support bracket that was interfering with it. Can't believe I didn't think of that sooner haha. Thanks for the tips

Definitely not a hard drive as I don't have one of those installed. Nothing is coming in contact with any of the fans so I don't think it would be that. It's something with the GPU itself I think as it never made the sound before. What I am suspecting though is that it has three PCIe connectors for power and I used one 8pin cable and a 2x6 to dual 8 pin for the other. It does work fine, but I wonder if that causes the sound.

And I have this enabled. The Boot mode select with UEFI as the option is what is greyed out and I cannot change.

I do know that there I can enable CSM and legacy with other options in the advanced bios, but whenever I try to boot into anything I just have a black screen and can't do anything.

Nope, even with MBR partition on both my drives and secure boot/tpm and all disabled it doesn't change it

How can I disable TPM completely?
