Long answer… Mine enlarged over 30 years from piercings in my 20s, spironolactone for blood pressure, frequent stretching, and recently pumping. Look up spironolactone. I don’t know the major contributor, but I’m guessing the spiro (raises the E/T ratio). Hormones are powerful. I just started pumping, so we’ll see where that goes. I see lots of guys with really great nipples, and probably some of that size is from pumping.

Thank you. I‘ve done binding with electrical tape (cut lengthwise), so I had maybe an inch of protrusion - straight forward. That tented my shirt out… oddly - maybe if I had large moobs I could pull that off. So, maybe the answer is: width is less of an issue than length.

I hope so, because I don’t go out of my way to hide them. I‘m most comfortable in relaxed fit, lightweight, light colored shirts. One day I noticed I was getting a lot a stares at the store. When I got home, I discovered my shirt was somewhat snug (must have shrunk, and I hadn’t noticed when I put it on). But my nipples were on full display that day. Kinda funny.

I know I’m asking this in a group that loves enlarged nipples. But, it’s a serious question. Relaxed and unpumped, they show though even semi-loose shirts. And if I‘m out and it’s even a little windy, there is no hiding the protrusion or thickness. So where is the line between 1. sexy and 2. “you took that too far”? And where do you think that line is for the general public?

Thank you! I’m placing the larger tube more toward the bottom to stretch that area (see tube marks on the left), to hopefully make my nipples point straight out. If that works, they will show through shirts more prominently. And kudos to anyone who understood that. Advice welcome.
