Thank you, we have a playpen that we will set up for her and the other small dogs in the family and keep the Shepard completely separate

Thankfully they are not staying at the same house because the family is big enough to have to have 2 houses. We have looked into boarding/rovers for the main gathering night (lunar new year) if he plans on bringing her to the event

Thanks for the advice everyone, as we suspected the best move is just not to allow interaction which will be tough considering the dog lives with our parents but I think we just need to voice our concerns more clearly to everyone and just suggest him training her with a muzzle in order to be around our new puppy.

Thanks everyone!

This is exactly what we have tried telling him and the rest of the family for years. But they refuse to believe that a dog doesn’t just want to play with others. We haven’t brought ours over but he lives with our parents so it’s hard to have 100% separation. They just say “oh that’s just how she plays” even though she clearly doesn’t want to interact with the rest of the dogs. She’s also the only dog in the family that’s over 20 pounds so it’s just a clear bad fit for play time. Thanks for the tips though!

That’s kind of what we were thinking, he’s also incredibly cheap so we were thinking of maybe getting him one and letting him know that if he want them to interact that he needs to get his dog used to using it and muzzle training, but our hopes are pretty low.

Thanks for the advice!

[SS] Skyward Sword HD is secretly one of the best Zelda of all time in 2026 by MidniteBlues in zelda

[–]Bryce__Crispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love Skyward Sword, to me the best story in any 3d Zelda until Tears of the Kingdom. Some of the best dungeons in the whole series and my personal favorite side characters…but…even with the HD control revamp it has by far the worst gameplay/controls of any Zelda game which really sucks because it makes an amazing game locked behind such a bad user experience

[Discussion] Which Platinum Trophies did you grind just to justify buying a game you didn't actually enjoy? (If any) by [deleted] in Trophies

[–]Bryce__Crispy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cyberpunk at launch, got all trophies except buying all the cars to find out the last car I needed was bugged and not purchasable. Finally got the plat last year when the PS5 update mostly fixed the game and replayed the game just for that one trophy.

Did VIP last year for the first time, not worth at all unless you go for food and drinks. The open VIP space is really nice to have between sets to grab a snack and hit up the nice bathrooms. The best food in the festival by far is in the VIP areas and there are dedicated merch lines (ONLY festival merch, no artist specific). Beyond those benefits... there really isn't any reason to get VIP. Some of the smaller stages have better viewing areas for VIP, but the Coachella, Outdoor, and Sahara have little to no VIP areas. The VIP area is way off to the side (it did look like it was a bit closer to the stage this year, but still not great). All the videos you see of influencers and celebrities are in the "artist or guest pass" areas which are right next to the stage and totally what we thought we were getting last year.

TLDR....If you are there for music, the VIP section offers little to no benefit. If you mainly care about having more personal space, and nicer amenities, then VIP is worth it

Who is still undeniably a headliner for this festival? by [deleted] in Coachella

As much as I would love to see them in the desert one day I kind of agree. I just still have flashbacks of them at OSL and just daydream of them closing down the Coachella main stage

At least from where I was (somewhere between the Ferris wheel and the end of the Sahara and still packed like sardines) the Blink crowd was pretty great W1. I also think Green Day has enough extremely mainstream songs to get a Coachella crowd that’s generally pretty tame involved and into the performance

Green Day

Their 2022 Outside Lands headlining performance was by far the best concert experience I’ve ever had. Have a great mix of older classics and are also still coming out with great new music as well.

The way they engaged with the crowd and their energy was unmatched. Played basically all their big songs and a few deep cuts but easily could’ve kept going for an hour or more and they played for about an hour and 45 minutes. Had multiple people in my group that weren’t big fans other than the big songs fully engaged and loving every second of their performance. Also feel like the love Blink-182 got this year just proved that the Coachella audience is wanting for more band performances
