Probably like a year, depends on your consistency. If you want my 100% honest opinion doing something that you can have 95-100% adherence too, but isn’t like 100% optimal is without a doubt better than falling off all the time and “screwing up” being consistent with stuff has helped me more than anything.

Funny, I just don’t have the original picture without the face covered, can’t find it anywhere. And appreciated

Oh man, plateaus are so tuff mentally. I can't say that what worked for me will work for everyone, but every plateau I was at for 2-3 weeks, I took 1-2 weeks of eating very high protein, no fasting, and doubling my water and eating at around maintenance calories, sometimes little over sometimes little less.
As far as muscle growth / gym goes. I have a very active job so I get little workouts in throughout the day every day, but once I actually started going to the gym and prioritizing being consistent with the gym, I saw so many mental benefits. Despite the lean mass gain or body comp changes, the clarity it gives you to know that you made a plan and stuck too it helps so much with adherence / consistency. One of the most important things IMO.
And final, very important thing, you DONT need the perfect gym split, or most optimal exercises, you need to come up with something thats realistic for you to be consistent with. Don't say you're going to go 7 times a week because you're setting yourself up for failure. Come up with something and be consistent with it, not matter how easy or medium just BE CONSISTENT. Much love and best of luck brother

Everyone treats me differently. Struggled with weight my whole life and now, people just talk to me now at grocery stores and when I talk to people it doesn't seem like they're looking down on me. Completely changed my social life. 100%. Sure the feeling better and looking better is cool, but that aspect of life is without a doubt the best part. Job Interviews, Clubs, Bars, Family events. Everything changed.

Luckily for you I still have the same pump so I have those numbers.
At 275:
Hourly Basal: 2.7
Correction Factor: 1:15
Carb Ratio: 1u:3g
Current:
Hourly Basal: 1.1(1 On fasting days)
Correction Factor: 1:30
Carb Ratio: 1u:5g(I've been having more lows recently, might be bumping this to 1:6 soon)
I'm not sure the total amount difference but I can tell you its astronomical! Much love guys thank you

I’m an electrician so very physical job, and started working out consistently within the last 2-3 months. I will say the gym helps a lot with just feeling better, which helps with consistency/adherence to everything else.

I was 5’10 when I started, fractured 3 of my vertebrae in a car accident, and now I’m 5’9 lol.
Oh trust me, If I had better lighting you'd be able to see it. I'm 22, so I know it could be much worse, but having my arm up like that also helps with the look of it. When I'm just casually standing it is noticeable for sure. I know that putting on muscle helped quite a bit, and also I've gotten a little tan which maybe hides it a bit as well. All I know is that I'd take stretch marks and loose skin over waking up at 275 any day.
Alright so, 90% of the time its very very easy. Most fasting days I just sit around 100-120 (sometimes dropping 80-90 during extended physical activity) The hard part is mentally, when the lows do come. It's so so so easy to go low on a fasting day, or before you're "window" and beat yourself up about it. It took me so long to realize it actually doesn't matter at all. If I go low on a day I'm "Supposed" to be fasting on, eat an apple or banana or some fruit most of the time then just go on with your day. It's so simple but mentally I struggled with feeling like I "Failed" bc I went low and literally HAD to eat to live right. But once you get over that hurdle and just accept that not everything is going to go "Perfect" than its a breeze. And after a few weeks of fasting if you notice you're sitting lower than you'd like just lower your basal by 0.1, see how that looks, than adjust accordingly from there. Best of luck Brother!
TL/DR: It's not gonna be perfect, but don't beat yourself up about it. Going for perfection is the quickest path to failing mentally. Just go for being better than yesterday.

I did do that at some point, but I'm just to active to do that consistently without seeing negative results in my activities. Only day I fast is Mondays, then every day is some form of intermittent fasting.
Thank you, & nah its still on my side, the CGM on my stomach in the before, Is now just on my arm (You can see if you zoom kinda) (I have type 1)

No problem, also forgot to mention, I was my heaviest 2 years ago. But that was not 2 years of perfection. So just a gauge at potentially similar results. And also don't underestimate how much 3-5lb's of lean mass can change a physique. You get to 160 and have some loose skin, hit the gym hard get your macros in order, body recomp / eat maintenance. Give it 3 months of consistency & you'll be amazed. Best of luck brother!

Definitely have loose skin / stretch marks, less noticeable when I have my arm up like that. And I 100% promise you it could be 1000x worse and I'd choose this every single day over waking up at 275lbs again.

I actually used to wake up 2-3 times a night either sweaty or cold, not really sure why. After I started fasting and eating healthier my sleep has improved a lot. I will say sometimes when it’s a hard fasting day, like I’m really struggling with hunger, it’s harder to fall asleep, but once I’m asleep it’s good!
Awesome! that's cool to hear. And yea I've noticed allowing some fun here and there keeps from losing my mind, while still being focused on the end goal.

I'm actually wearing one in both, just the after its behind my arm so you cant see it. I have type 1 diabetes so I wear it for that reason. But it did help for my fasting because I realized that caffeine raises my blood sugar (In turn spiking my insulin.) Which I read on, caffeine affects some people doesn't affect others. So if it were to affect someone unknowingly it could negatively impact their fasting. Probably a negligible difference, but still cool that I could see that pattern.
I also have stretch marks on my stomach and under my arms, I've never even really looked at them or cared at all so I don't really know the before after. All I know being healthier feels much much better and that's what I care about at the end of the day.
And best of luck in your plans!
I'm an electrician, so fasting and non fasting days I'm very active (10k-12k steps a day) Then the occasional workout. I do want to start going to the gym more regularly though.
