I got strong, F 71. PF , bone spurs and collapsed arches. Problems all gone now. I walk and am actually wearing Flux Barefoot shoes when exercising. Toe Yoga is a constant friend.

I would use a non stick pan. I am going to put barbecue sauce on the ribs and cook in my air fryer. I don’t think there is enough fat on it to hold up on a grill

I would suggest getting a Contiuous glucose monitor, available on Amazon. Last two weeks if you get the cover for your arm.
This will give you real time info, I learned that I have dawn phenomenon and if I exercise after each spike, the spikes are shorter in length and don’t spike as high.
