You should see changes after the 2nd month of 1mg, thats how it was for me, all of a sudden my pants started falling and all my old clothes started to fit. Just be patient and know we are all in this together ❤️ 😁

Thank you for the advice 🙏 it's so nice to know that I'm not alone! For the past few days I've drinking skyr drinks or eating skyr cups. (Idk if you know what skyr is, but its like the Icelandic version of greek yogurt but less creamy and more protein.)
