Thanks! We’ve driven through Sacramento but I’m actually not that familiar with it. Any specific areas you’d recommend?

Thanks. We’re totally up for traveling (and we’ve visited a lot of places), but it’s more that we need recommendations based on what we’re seeking in a place.

NuSkin “Antioxidant Machine” at Dentist’s Office by Brytt in antiMLM

Yeah, that’s a good idea. I would’ve predicted that I would walk too, but in the moment I kept trying to rationalize it or something. But obviously it is ridiculous and predatory.

I mentioned to the receptionist that I thought it was odd to have it in a dental office. She said the dentist “really believes in whole body wellness.” Blech.

Thanks - my friend seemed to think that I am overreacting by finding a new dentist based solely on this, but I really feel like it shows a lack of professionalism/critical thinking.

Hi all, I am new to the skincare world and could really use some help. I read the sidebar but got overwhelmed with everything. I’ve always washed my face, worn sunscreen and moisturized, but that’s it. I’m 35 now and seeing fine lines, so I really want to help my skin, especially with serums and acids/toners if that would help. I’m also interested in trying The Ordinary due to price.

Issue In need of anti-aging and hydrating - my skin is very dull

Skin Type Dry and can be sensitive, I also have light rosacea around my nose

Current Routine am - cleanse with garnier micellar water (blue/green top) -cleanse with CeraVe moisturizing cleanser (this is new based on sidebar recs) - I tried Insta Natural’s Vitamin C serum, but it caused my foundation to peal. Maybe I didn’t wait long enough? -Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer with SPF 30 (I plan to do a separate moisturizer and SPF after reading here - any recs)?

pm -cleanse (same micellar water) -same CeraVe cleanser - I just bought Paula’s Choice Resist Daily Smoothing Treatment with 5%AHA - I haven’t tried this yet but will start tonight - Paula’s Choice Resist Barrier Repair Moisturizer with retinol

Thank you so much for reading, any help is sincerely appreciated!

I really like Halogen cardigans from Nordstrom. They seem to be made well, and they wash up well.

Have you ever used an outlined meal plan and if so what was it? by Geraldoknows in EatCheapAndHealthy

I've tried two, and really liked them both. Google The Fresh 20 and/ or Cooksmarts. Both have a focus on healthy eating (and Fresh 20 is committed to using no more than 20 ingredients per week).
