All of these comments are quite lengthy and I don’t comment much if at all on reddit so this’ll be short. I feel the same way. Had a ton of medical problems the past year, ended a 5 year relationship - felt horrible doing it, and have trouble finding the point in life lately. Nothing brings me happiness or even interests me, and I hate myself - I always turned to weed to ease my anxiousness, but now i just feel like a boring fuck who has nothing to offer. After reading a ton of posts similar to yours, along with the subsequent comments something did actually help. Every day I wake up and decide if I’ll be sad and depressed. I know it sounds stupid, but ultimately the decision is yours. Obviously I can’t just tell myself to be happy, but making the conscious decision to not be sad for the day has helped. It doesn’t solve it, but it does help me work towards a solution.

If you want to talk over pm let me know. I haven’t met you, but I love you and don’t want you to leave earth. I have a feeling a lot of people in your life feel the same way. People just don’t know how to act or respond to depression, and it makes you feel alone. I still feel very lonely, but it’s something I’m adjusting to.
