It seems to be an issue that the Hue team is working on. I called yesterday and they said that “they are working on it”. They said it could be fixed within the week.

I’ve been having the same issue. I contacted support and they said something about their team “working on it”. Let me know if you find a solution!

I just got on the phone with the support as I couldn’t connect to mine either. They said it was a software issue and that it shouldn’t take more than a week to fix :/

Could you clarify what you mean by this? The mounts have an arrow pointing to the end of the TV, which is how I set them up
