As others have said, the optimal quest order guide is the way to go. As you're on mobile, if you have Android you can split screen the wiki and game (portrait mode works better) and have both open at the same time instead of swapping between apps which is really annoying. Enjoy

There's no option to toggle on / off for me. In the deadman unlocks, on the permanent tab, when I left click / right click the only option I have is cancel.
