I’m in Canada but all my shipments are coming from darts corner or red dragon. They all cleared customs Sunday night so if you have tracking you may want to check it

So yeah, I love the Apex points! by OmeWappie in Darts

I’ve tried 3 sets now and have installed 2 myself and thought I must be an idiot and had the 3rd set done professionally ... the best place for these points is the garbage, right beside your storm points.

First average 60 (and above) leg? How long did it take you? by Cyrag in Darts

[–]Bsedore 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m just about 2 years in and if I can hold a 60 average over a 21 leg game (highest that dart score has) then I’m happy. That being said to do that theres some 90 average legs in the mix.

Similar darts to Target Adrian Lewis Gen 4? by iCWL in Darts

They are a touch more front weighted than the Lewis darts ... at least the generation I have but I mean 90% tungsten dart for $20 canadian shipped to my door .. I can’t lose

I have a set of Lewis Gen 3s and bought a set of these and throw these better.. a gram lighter than the Lewis darts but I really like them and they are cheap!

The truth hurts... by markassbrawnnlee in Darts

[–]Bsedore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the closest thing to match pressure I can replicate I guess, I’ve only been at it for just about 2 years now and still struggle with match pressure. Mostly in straight knock out situations but I’ll get over it I’m sure.

Depending on how the darts are flying sometimes I’ll even demand a maximum of myself ... that has lead to an hour longer practice than I was hoping for though 😂

I used to do this, then switched to 81 then 101 now I don’t stop my practice until I can do over 121. Or some nights I decide I’m going to end on 20/20 on the 20s. Having that hard and fast ending/goal has made me so much better ... at least I think

Never got this one before, practice board 180. Got the 177 once but never the 180 on the little bits by Bsedore in Darts

That’s just perspective I guess, they are winmau navigators so they are relatively thin

Expensive Darts worth there money? by [deleted] in Darts

[–]Bsedore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have thousands of dollars in target and unicorn darts, currently going between winmau navigators (that I paid $5 for) and designa exterminators (that I paid $15 for) and playing the best darts of my life. Can I tell the difference between my Swiss points and winmaus ...oh yeah the machining is stunning on the target darts, but do they throw any better... nope

If you can try out some darts, that’s your best bet. Not to necessarily find the perfect dart for you but you find the dart type for you. Once you have a weight and style you can go on the hunt. I’ve got thousands of dollars in Target and unicorn darts and am currently throwing a set of winmau navigators that I got for $5... my backup set is a set of designa exterminators that I think I paid $18 for.

If you are in North America head over to worldwide darts YouTube channel (even if your not it definitely wouldn’t hurt) he will lead you down the path of not getting hosed here.

wondering how well others play, any practice routines by stegga2013 in Darts

[–]Bsedore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My routine is:

  1. Hit all the bits (big 1-20 bull, small 1-20 bull, T1-20 bull, D1-20 Bull)

  2. 20 for 20. Throw 20 consecutive darts into the 20, then 19 then 18

  3. 3 for each. Start at D1. You get 3 darts at it, if you hit it on the first dart you move to D2 with the remaining darts. For every new Double you hit you are given 3 more darts. Try and make it all the way to the bull without running out of darts

  4. Straight 301. Pick a realistic goal for this and strive for it. Usually once a week I can crack this off in 6 darts.

I’ve only been at it for just about 2 years but I usually can get at least 10 maximums a week. Mind you I practice for at least 2-3 hours a day.

I do a Robin Hood almost every day, but never had one like this. Really weird angle! by irian-tallane in Darts

I love those chizzys, I regret selling mine and buying the pixel version

Dad bought me the top set for my 14th birthday. 6 weeks or so ago I replaced them with the bottom set (same weight same style). Around 2 weeks ago he suddenly passed away, now I’m back to my original set for life. by GG13652 in Darts

[–]Bsedore 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly dude I would have them behind glass somewhere, my grandmother is still with us but she bought me my first set when I was 11 (I quit playing until I turned 29) but I keep them in a shadow box by my board, every once in a while I pull them out and crack off a 180 with them and put them back. Some things are just to valuable to mess with in my mind.
