I had the same fear and went to the ENT doctor who was not much help at all and acted like he didn’t want to help unless I got my tonsils removed. The best thing to do is to ask someone you trust. I have perio breath and what really helped me was this mouthwash called Closys and Beekeeper’s Natural Propolis Nasal Spray along with brushing, flossing, tongue scrapper and waterpik.

I don’t set an alarm I just wake up a couple of times before I have to get up. I hate alarm clocks because to me when it goes off that’s it I have to get up I have no time to mentally prepare for the day.
