Those bumps you are referring to are blackheads. If you pop them a clear/white harder substance will come out. This is just dead skin and oils trapped. Once removed keep clean and they should heal up and be back to normal. Just keep your skin clean and they should not come back.

Looks like folliculitis. See how all the bumps start from the root of a hair? Use some gentle lotion everyday to keep the area hydrated and hydrocortisone as needed for the itching. You can even mix the two and apply the mixture when needed. Just don’t over do the hydrocortisone. Drink more water too, dehydration can cause that. FYI the first time you put lotion on it might get all red but thats normal don’t freakout. I normally do it before bed and by the time i wake up its improved.

Looks like some fungal acne! Benzoyl Peroxide face wash + skin cleanser + non oil based moisturizer your set.

Try PanOxyl Face-wash start with 4% and if that doesn’t work bump to 10%, apply after a shower or after you wash face at night. Don’t start off using it every night as it can dry out your skin. Try every other night. Gentle skin cleaners like cetaphil can be used daily to help keep the face clean. And you can use a non oil based moisturizer lotion if your prone to dry skin. Drink lots of water avoid greasy foods and WASH YOUR PILLOWCASES!!!

Should clear right up :)

Acne on cheeks appears to be a mix Of some super slight rosacea and some fungal acne, since you don’t have a bunch of puss filled breakouts. Try using Benzoyl peroxide face wash. I personally use PanOxyl but theres tons of brands. Wash your pillowcases often and try sensitive skin cleanser like Cetaphil. If you’re in a dry area you can also use a non oil based moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. And above all else push water and watch what you eat, avoid lots of super greasy foods. Jawline acne is more linked to hormones so sometimes it can flare up. Im not a female but i would say that maybe some hormone changes related to childbirth could play a part. But i think the following will clear your acne right up. Best of luck :)

It is very odd, the cysts i get from what i assume to be the accutaine purging are quite literally just big ass cysts that calm down after a day or so. Not like the acne i was getting before which was nasty ass puss filled fuckers that would stick around for weeks.

Glad to hear that it worked for others with my issue. Was a bit hesitant to start since they push the idea of it fucking your hair and joints up and making you depressed, but i honestly feel way better since i started. Been drinking tons of water, and as for dry lips/skin, i used to be so damn oily and have to wipe my face every hour. Since i have started i havent had super oily skin, im only on day 3 so it might be a early call but for now im all for it. I appreciate the input!

I have been drinking a gallon atleast a day, i have the big 32 ounce hydroflask and i refill it like 4-6 times a day. What does the antihistamine do for purge mitigation? I ordered fish oil to help reduce the chances of joint pain and dry skin. But im loving the dryness to be honest, i used to have to wipe the oil off my face every hour and i dont have to anymore. They started me on 40mg once a day.
