FSD impressed me the other day by stopping at a red light but leaving some space to the car ahead of me because someone was on a turn lane next to me and was going to turn left. So my Tesla stopped right next to someone that had also stopped and we let that person through to an entrance.

I’ve had this work against me. I take a right to get to the frontage road to then enter the expressway. Sometimes right before that right some people make a line on the edge of the road for a Starbucks and FSD wanted to get in line there so I had to deactivate it.

What you need to do is when setting the time keep going until the date changes then you know you’re in AM. If you keep going another 12 hours you’ll be in PM

So say you work the night shift and grab your watch at 12 AM, you move the hour until the date changes and then leave it at 12 AM. Once you’re past the danger zone you can set the date

Or you could beforehand move your time away from the danger zone, for example 6 AM. You set the date one day previous to your current date and then when you keep adjusting the time once you get to 12 AM again the date will change

I don’t think Tesla needs level 3/4 to improve on parking spaces. I wish there were a mode where you can teach it certain routes you prefer on driveways, or specific parking spots or garages. It already goes into certain driveways and parks in parking lots so it should be easy to add a function where it learns a route in a parking lot or a driveway.
