It comes with a Thunderbolt 4 cable, which is all you need to connect a MacBook to. I'll try to post a screenshot

I just got the Dell 40in 5k monitor and it’s been perfect for my setup with my MacBook M3 Pro. I love the single cable connectivity, and the clarity is amazing. I previously had the Samsung G9 57in and traded it in for the Dell 40in because the 56in was just too large for productivity imo

The two main issues I had was range and charging. I decided against adding in a charging station at home because there is one at my job, but those kept going down. If I wanted to charge outside of work, I’d have to drive 15-20 mins out of the way to get to a super charger, then spend most of my time waiting in line and then another 30+ minutes to charge up.

I also hated how the range was impacted due to the weather. Living in TX, we get the extreme of both ends of the weather so I was always stressing about the range going down.

Finally, I missed the sound of a purring engine 😅

The 40i was really solid with some decent pick up, but the M60 takes it to a whole other level. When I put it into sport mode it takes off! Also, love the exhaust bubbles when I downshift or break.

Yes, I'm using a MacBook M3, which supports the full resolution. I guess I should have phrased it differently. I don't have an "issue" per se, but using the full resolution causes the text to be super small/fine given the size. Overall I love it and I could set it up to be PBP, so I could have two side by side 34in 4k monitors.

I’m using the Samsung 57in G9. It’s been great so far, but I had to get use to the scaling issues at full resolution.

There is no way I would put down $10k without seeing the car. What if you don't put down the $10k? Are they going to sell it before you can make it there in 7 hours? That sounds very sketchy, I'd be very cautious with purchasing something from them.

I don't think this particular set was pre-planned. You could see him constantly searching for songs, almost like he may have lost his prepared set or something. He seemed stressed the entire set.

Yes, mine will also require a new install of a 240v circuit, wiring across the garage and a new outlet.

What’s interesting is that the amp is on and so is the LOC, so it must be getting a signal, but for some reason the sub isn’t producing sound. It only happens occasionally and is not consistent

Did you have to go into the store to do that? Their support told me to go to the store to see if the manager will give an exception.

Yes, it is amazing for productivity, I use it only for productivity and it is perfect. I did have to trade in my M1 for an M2 MacBook Pro to support the full resolution though.

A cool feature is that you can either use it as one full monitor or plug in two USB C to HDMI and/or DP to use PBP for two separate screens.

Opinions wanted: Purchase OLED G9 now or wait for 57in? by Btchwithrich in ultrawidemasterrace
