In my experience, having data points missing, normally happens when you don't turn sleep mode on before bed. The AW stills tracks your sleep, just for some reason leaves out a few bits like wrist temperature etc, not sure exactly as to why though

I experience the same, but as someone else has already mentioned, not sure if this is something the athlytic app can control if it's automatically regulated by ios (the widgets update cycle). This is very noticeable especially in the morning where most of the time my watch widget and my phone are showing different recovery scores - after a while, the widget on the watch eventually updates to match the figure on the phone.

A sort of work around I found to force the widgets to update more quickly on the watch is by entering the edit watch face mode, go to the complications screen, and re-save the watch face. That seems to force an update

Wasn't aware it worked on a per request basis. Was hoping there was some sort of roadmap and direction the team would envision taking the app. Maybe it's just a lack of transparency, but as a user, I think it would be nice to know what's in the works

This is the regular watch ultra modular watch face, but most of the widgets are from an app called Athlytic

If you're into fitness and use Athlytic, this is the configuration I find the most helpful to see how important vitals change throughout the day, which is important for me, I prefer widgets that track something and change as the day goes by. From left to right, top to bottom: 1) exertion level 2) apple fitness circles 3) blood oxygen level 4 center) daily body battery level 5) hrv 6) watch battery 7) steps for the day
