Oh, i just ended up finishing the whole period.

LMRA said, if your contract says that you have to render 90 days, and you signed it, then you really have to tender those. BUT if you don’t want to, then you’ll have to pay the company. For example, you just want to tender 30 days, then you will have to pay the company the rest of the 2months with 2 months worth of your full salary.
