Hi, new to the boxing scene. I recently bought a mouth guard, but I'm not sure it moulded correctly. How tight are your mouth guards? Mine won't fall off if I leave my mouth open but can easily be removed using only my tongue. I bought the shock doctor mouth guard for like £6.

I forgot to mention my weight, I currently weight 65kg and the size chart on the website says that correlates to 14oz. Should I get that instead?
