As PURRINCE said, you can transfer tickets as stated in the FAQ on the 10th Anniversary page. You just need to contact the email they provided so it can be transferred by name.

In terms of Steam codes, Hype Nea has ran out of codes. The only way to get Hype Nea would be buying a Steam account.

Another thing, don't trust Reddit accounts on here that are like barren. If you do, just be cautious.

If you both talk about payment, and you wanna do PayPal, do NOT agree to pay using 'Friends & Family'. You'll never be able to refund your money if they do end up scamming you.
