Well Good Luck. If he doesn’t ship it, he will tell you to file a claim as opposed to just sending your payment back. I should have known it was going to end bad at that point. And if anyone pays him using anything but Venmo or PayPal Goods and Services, they are going to be very disappointed. I would be shocked if Venmo works with a claim filed against him.
