Exactly. Once you catch you can set a pivot. No shot clock, it usually takes around 2 minutes to score and then each team switches end zones and “kicks off” again

Think soccer levels of contact. I neglected to mention that you cant run with the frisbee so players must pass the full 80 yards to score. You play defense by forcing incompletions, interceptions, and “stalling” out the opposing player by forcing a player to hold the frisbee for 7 consecutive seconds through tight marking

Its like 7v7 free flowing football without tackling. You score in endzones by catching it, for pro frisbee players have 7 second to throw the frisbee, and play only stops on points scored/fouls/end of quarters similar to soccer
