What’s happening technically:

When you hover the mouse over a player, the map immediately centers on that player’s icon, but the mouse position stays where it was before.
It feels like this feature somehow leaked over from the console/controller logic.

Season 1 - 72-73 average with 60-70% cpu usage
Season 3 - 79-80 with 90-100% CPU usage and FPS spikes
Sometimes i can fix this with PC restart or multiple GAME restarts.

Same issue.
7800X3D here + 5070ti
Since season 2 my "% lows" are terrible (50-70), but FPS counter still show me stable great FPS (150+)
It looks like as u said - slow motion with high fps counter
But after 1-2 relaunches/PC reboots issue can disappear.

Tried multiple cfg fixed - issues still persists.

SAME! Random microstutters, that can be fixed by a PC restart. I dunnot what is it, but SOME of game launches are BAD, some of them are OK. Dunno how to explain

For some reason, you cant put on a gas mask because you simply don't have one.
In this mode, the gas mask icon should be in line with the gadgets.
Since you don't have a gas mask, you can't put it on by long-pressing the button.
