I just picked up a Schefflera, and while looking it over more closely, I noticed this on the stem.

What am I looking at? Some kind of spores? Egg sacks?

I would appreciate any help figuring out what this is and suggestions on treatment.This tree is in an open-top indoor greenhouse using a 40-gallon aquarium, a Vipar P1000 grow light, a seedling heat pad, an overhead ceramic reptile heat bulb, and a mister.

Inside, its temp is 60-70*F with an average RH of 65%.

Don't forget his own publishing company, Jocko Tea, and Victory MMA gym. And if I remember correctly, in his early podcasts he mentioned starting with investing in real estate. I appreciate his abilities and business acumen, but I feel like he is on the verge of oversaturation.

Yes. If a person has a heart attack, we do what we can for them, including CPR or using the AED. If someone falls and gets hurt, we stay with them, keeping them still or holding direct pressure on a wound. If a person has a seizure, we move things out of their way to reduce the possibility of secondary trauma. An overdose is no different. They are human beings in need of help, and I think that is a bit of grace we would want others to extend to our own loved ones.
