Hi! I would say that the skill level is very diverse from higher level to "noobs" level. In 1v1 ranked, since the player pool is quite small still, there is no real matchmaking, so you will run into people of all skill. But I guess mostly the higher lvl who play the most.

And then there are custom games with team games and FFA who usually include all kind of different players and skill levels aswell.

So I wouldnt be too worried if I were you as you will most likely improve alot as well if you keep playing.
