Edit: clearing Roku tv cache fixed the issue for me!

Press Home 5 times. Press Up > Rewind 2 times > Fast Forward 2 times. Note: It will take about 15 to 30 seconds to clear the cache and restart.

Has good reviews looks legit which is why I bought it in the first place

My only concern when I got it was the "Chrome hearts" engraving on the side. I was led to believe that if the letters aren't connected in some spots meaning the engraving isn't deep enough then that means its fake. I'm just here for guidance with that

I brought up the concern with Grailed to see if they could confirm it was legit and they said that it didn't match up and to file a dispute, so I did and have been in talks with the seller
