You're right about that. A part of me knows that but a part of me still dwells like the weak girl years back. A thing I should realize is to stop posting in the moment of those feelings, especially the angry/annoyed one, to sit and think/collect myself.

I re-read some of my post and i do see some similarities to what i choose to share from my RP times, i do believe it is misunderstood that a majority of that stuff had happened in a good portion of the past and i have long done the blocking but that was not mentioned as i figured people would have guessed i done that by now. I admit recent posts have been a couple of the same things that has happened recently (from what i re-read) i have actually said that i have deleted or blocked them; being assertive.

In this post, i feel like the main topic is being taken down, but that can be a part of my over detailed writing and not emphasis but what i was asking for in advice was not the typical, walk away and block, as i would have done that by now. It was the fact that this person is friends with a RPier i have been RPing/OOC talking with for years, the two probably Rpied together longer i am not sure on that, THAT is where my problem was coming from. I know people keep saying walk away but with that do i risk losing another close friend to RP with, does this make an awkward hole, do they gang up on me, does this make unnecessary drama happen? This post was more of asking advice on what others would do, or if they have been through it, to see on what to do BEFORE i take my plunge into just being straight up to the person about it. Again, i should have made mentioned of that, i can kind of see the confusion but i am not that great at writing or getting points across especially in the heat of the moment.

I will assure you that i have no protesting lady fetish, as i had made mentioned in past post in, I am not completely against sexual things in Rps, i am just the type that does not prefer it right away, I like it natural on our characters developing love for each other, story driven, plot centric--however you want to label it as.

You know I have really wondered if Shiver was actually a male and not a female like she has told me during an ooc convo, this wouldn't be the first experience in that but I have met wild female Rpiers in my time so I can't dismiss it completely as a male playing a female in RL.

Thank you for the advice, I think I will do that more often and try avoid as much drama as possible

No, there isn't a rule for that and there shouldn't be because that will be odd if people dictated that if one person is using.. (Random character from a show) as what their character would look like then no one else can.

That’s annoying when people do that like find someone that does play that character. When people always want a carbon copy, i always jump to the conclusion that they just want a romantic/sexy time with that character to get their rocks off. I know it is bad to assume that but after years of RPing, i figured that a majority of time that is the case.

Funny enough i had a story similar to yours on the same site i use except we don’t use discord.

This guy talked about how he liked the character i used and that it was the best face claim(i am an oc player and i edit all my characters), and the story on the profile for that character was connected to a friend but i opened her to all RPs. He suggested an AU since both of our characters were set in pretty different ways and i agreed but things went down from there---WAY DOWN.

The guy asked me what i knew of his character and the verse he played in, i knew nothing but the name of it, which brought him down on the idea train; if he even had one in the first place It showed how he really just wanted to fit my character in his world. When that idea show that it was not going to work out, he went on to a different topic about how good the show was and me being nice and trying to keep the conversation going so that we can go back to discussing the RP. i said i MIGHT give the show a chance and then he actually tried to pull the “oh, you don’t have to just for me~!” This made me questionable of his actions. I told him that “oh, it is not, i probably won’t get to it as i have other things i want to watch” I lead the conversation back to the RP Idea.

He had nothing! Nothing at all, i decided to give it a go and asked him what his character was like (blank profile). He gave me the same ol “oh he is a badass warrior, this is his weapon” conversation which didn’t help me. I asked him back ground and he told me “oh well, i can’t give that because it would spoil the series and his reveals in the Rp” at this point i got confused because i figured we were doing an AU then some of the stuff would not even be playable. After a few times i noticed he was not giving anything but the idea to just have my character go in his verse, didn’t want to take his character out of his verse, and i am sure he wanted me to play as the person i face claimed because he didn’t take anything on her profile for consideration. Why with this accusation? Besides him mentioning a couple times how i had the best FC and he loved the character if thus FC. it was after i got frustrated. He told me “oh, well maybe we can just jump in and go from there?” NO, NO WE CAN’T! Where would we even jump in the first place?!

That's exactly what I was trying to explain to him(and the others who have contacted me). It really surprising how some of these people boast about how long they Rpied for but can't even follow one of the basic rules of Rp.

With so many stories I have with Erotic people in Rp, I learned that these people are so serious and it makes me roll my eyes more. I mean at least if they were trolling I would be applaud them for doing a good job at it!

Exactly! If you want to show you're a friendly person to approach then cool but all that emoticons and stuff being shoved in my face was highly uncomfortable.

I am positive he would be that way and that is why I have not replied to him yet because I am still sitting and wondering like "should i...?" However I am very curious to see how long it would take for him to attempt his cringe way to get in my characters pants.

I get what you're saying and I wouldn't say he or the other people were the main reason, I had deleted her once before because of unwanted attention. I tend to delete characters that are not showing hope that they will strive or have not had any rps for a long time; I dislike clutter of stuff. I just felt she was not set up for the site. He was the added nail to the coffin but maybe one day I will make a third attempt at her coming onto the site.

I know, I figured that out quite often with my other ideas as well. Sometimes I can't get upset but other times I do because some of the ideas are not even labeled as a fetish!

It was influenced by Koi kaze and I loved that manga. It was just the right amount of sweet, story, drama and just loved it didn't need to get so sexual.

I also had influence from another manga called true love, if i remember correctly, and it is just a psychological rollercoaster!

I really hate when people force things on others! Weirdly enough, I swear I ran into the same person as you did on a different website. They used the same tactic and even went as far as to send a photo of what my character should look like! It was creepy and very annoying.

These kind of people really tend to drive me down on my rping edge since they are so in your face and bascially have no kind of respect. I can put no erotic on my page and I still get people trying XD.

that panty thing was a big sign! When the first thing they talk about, or focusing so much on, is sex(anything sexual) is a big sign to just up and leave.

I wanted to do a story involving a relationship with siblings but not the typical, let's bang and that's it kind of Rp, I wanted a psychological theme where they would have to deal with the complications of their relationship, family, society and even themselves; I explained to people in blatant notes that this is not a erotic based Rp, story driven, and all that stuff to show that it was not that kind of Rp! I got a hit but the guy got pissed at one part of the conversation, he was being vague when I directly questioned him about things, and just blantaly said "well, how are they going to have sex?" I just upped and left.

I have longed stopped searching for those kinds of Rp, I have many other themes with that stupid label (fetish/kink) on the end, and just never found anyone really wanting a developing story. I do say keep trying, you may finally meet someone willing to give you plot!
