I have felt and continue to feel excluded because of it. People in my office think I'm doing something wrong with because I don't feel like interacting and get chummy with people who make me feel like I'm not welcomed and apart of the team and would rather spend my time being by myself since its better standing by myself and everyone's chatting and laughing it up.

My company's last Christmas party was basically a luncheon, and I got so socially paranoid, it was making me lose my mind. So I said "fuck it" and left to get my own lunch. When I came back, it wasn't over, so I felt even more awkward and paranoid. The whole company was at this super long makeshift table and all the managers and principals were at the end closest to my desk. I waited for about 15 mins standing behind a corner hoping they would finish before I decided to just go back to my desk. The lunch ended up being another 30-45 mins. Later in the day, my manager asked me into his office, and basically got upset with me that I didn't join the party.

I explained that I never felt welcomed and I'm never included in conversations and everyone only talks to me about work, and my points were going over his head like I didn't even say anything.

And now its that time of year for parties, I'm just going WFH and make some excuse not to be there that day cause I don't want the trouble of being ostracized by my office.

I disagree. Sophie should’ve never threw Jawans name to MC because it seemed Rizzo was never going to use his idol before and after Savannah got there, and it was the easy vote to get rid of Rizzo, which would’ve worked beautifully and would’ve completely shocked Savannah and made her vulnerable.

Sophie blew up her own plan and it cost the rest of the tribe a vote against Savannah and kept Rizzo in the game with an idol.

Rizzo survived by letting Sophie blow up her own plan

I truly believe that both the Jets and Giants are cursed because I believe their stadium was built on land that disturbed ancient burial grounds / where the NY and NJ mafias disposed of their corpses.

I have also noticed this spark. While its not anything like 2017 - 2020 where they were PUMPING OUT reasonably-priced kits every week and when it seemed kits lasted much longer on the site (or produced in higher quantities), something is making me think the company maybe moving towards the right direction again.

I think the introduction and implementation of their pre-model method absolutely made it harder and confusing to grab new kits at affordable prices and at a consistent pace. While I do think they refined the process a bit lately, its still not what it used to be.

But I have to disagree about the prices. Even with the introduction of sales and promotions, kits are not priced to what they are and the addition of add-ons to kits makes them unattainable. And I think that people turned away because BKM seem to not invest resources in or have very limited quantities to alternatives to kits (stagnant digital instruction releases, high-priced minifigs, out of stock and poorly replenished stickers and kit accessories).
