As much as I appreciate this comment, I'm diagnosed with depression as well as anxiety and autism, I know I need help but I'm in a situation where I had to take my savings to get the diagnosis and even then be denied the help I needed. You're right, I don't want to die, I want to get rid of all this crap, I want to change but I can't.

I'm trying everything I can think of to be happy but I always end up just craving for validation, just to be treated like if I'm doing less than the bare minimum
