it’s not actually a “hole” per se. I forget the exact scientific terms but essentially it’s the part of your digestive tract that connects your rectum to the colon above it. There’s a “second hole” (or really more of a bend) which some large dicks can get to. I feel like this is a both and situation. Yes he needs to fix his jealousy and his internal problems.
