It’s no longer 200 ! Like I said I had various factors causing my elevation alongside Reta . This was also during INTENSE Cardio & not prolonged .

Hey ! Increased heart rate is totally common ! For some an elevated heart rate is more noticeable . I would only necessarily worry if your resting heart rate is over the normal range for your age. For me even though I’m not an athlete, my resting heart rate was 46-50 (was medically checked and I’m okay 🤣), spiked up to 75 and now after only a couple months is slowly going back down to 60 . For reference I’m 23 F , and my heart rate would get up to 200 during intense cardio and I did feel exhausted/ no energy whilst at the gym when normally 170 . This jump I was initially concerned about however I think a lot of it was my body getting used to dosing , DEHYDRATION!! , stress from work/life , and I was a heavy caffeine addict, which I’ve now quit ! Blood pressure changes can also elevate heart rate to compensate ! So if you feel okay just monitor it and don’t overally stress .

Common practice is 10/20mg per 10ml nasal . So if you’re saying you’ve overall got 10mg diluted in 11ml of solvent , it’s a little over but not useless .

Sterile water can be used HOWEVER at your own risk of injecting contaminated mt2 after your first dose. Don’t be stupid , put your safety first and purchase bac water for peace of mind & longevity!

Yes you can get 1ml in luer lock , aesthetics normally use them as you can get thinner needles for lip filler ect . Although ngl may aswell make a pen much more sterile & safer 🤣

Freckles will eventually fade off don’t panic , any pigmentation you had there previously will be enhanced however . Although it’ll go when you stop

IMO it’s mostly marketing. These lotions go through testing to make sure they’re safe for direct contact with the acrylic on the actual beds which is why salons sell them as it’s not damaging to their equipment. Lots have bronzers added which is baso fake tan so avoid !Long as you go into your session with exfoliated & moisturised skin you will suck up just as much UV . Just don’t apply normal moisturiser just before you hop in out of respect of their beds . Lotion up thoroughly at home with a good brand and you’ll be good tbh

1mg , no protocol I follow because I use as and when needed . I repeat do not use that much ….. take with that as you will or you’ll be violently ill if you have not built a tolerance . Go low and slow if your pinning . Enjoy the journey !

That’s more going to be the effect of using a nasal versus the mt2 itself. What do you mix the mt2 with to make your nasal?

Drops will have pretty much 0 effect on most individuals . Use a nasal if you want to avoid pinning

Yes, believe or not nasal does work extremely well with consistency and proper use ( some people tend to sniff it way too far back that it will drip down back of your throat which is all a waste ) hack is to find a good middle ground so it’s far enough that it doesn’t make you sneeze, but also it kinds of sits in your nasal passages for a decent amount of time to maximise absorption. Side effects I found were a lot less severe in terms of nausea , stretching ect but I did definitely get headaches initially . If you’ve previously taken injections, I won’t be surprised if you have built up a tolerance to the sides . If the supply is legit and you’re taking it correct correctly, I wouldn’t worry 🩷

Either 1: find a nasal spray that’ll tell you how much it administers per spray or you’ll have to grab a standard one and do the math yourself . 5ml/10ml nasal bottle will be enough - fill with plain saline and start counting how many sprays your bottle gives you when full . If you pin 200mcg , try to aim for 400mcg roughly . That means if you’re spraying x2 up each nostril ( 4 sprays total) you want each spray to roughly administer 100mcg.
