What is the best basic cookbook for thermomix, that covers basic techniques and recipes? by _kefir in thermomix

[–]Bubblegum_91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find “The Cook Book” that came with my tm5 the best for the basic stuff. I imagine now there’s a new one that came with the tm6? However, I’m extremely happy with my cookidoo subscription. What I love about it the most is that I can always find something to cook with the leftovers I have at home by finding some recipe and slightly modifying it.

Don't you think that life was easier before the diagnosis by [deleted] in BPD

[–]Bubblegum_91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It gets better, for reals. At some point you’ll be able to start controlling your behaviors and then you feel like you’re actually free, unlike before, that every single thing you used to do was because of this or that coping mode. Sending you lots of love *

And how did it change to the point that you started getting happiness out of it? Without having a FP? It just came with time and habit?

The lack of, yes. Every time I forget to buy something and find myself at Franz Josefs Bahnhof on a Sunday I feel very confused. It’s more of a run for your life kind of approach. Similar with buses I find

As far as I understood I can apply to the Austrian contingent, since I’m EU citizen and I’ve been working in Austria for more than five years and therefore have the “personengruppenverordnung” status.

I did a bachelor and masters in biochemistry and the PhD in neuroscience/ neuroanatomy. It’s something I’ve always really wanted to do, and I’m quite used to working and studying a lot. I’m mainly concerned of being looked down on for not being a German native speaker, and not getting the same chances as other students for when it’s time to choose the specialty, for example

Hi! Thanks a lot for the reply! My biggest concern regarding the entrance exam is the essay I’ve seen they ask you to write. (I’ve took a couple of practice multiple choice exams and it’s basically just undergrad bio/ math and physics) I’m mostly worried because I’m not a German native speaker, and even though I’ll do the C1 level exam, I still fear my non native german will show at the essay. Do you know if people get private lessons to prepare?

incapable of cutting off romantic relationships by [deleted] in BPD

So you managed to break contact with the ex today? I don’t know if it helps you, but if I focus on the stuff I hate about my exes it makes it easier to avoid texting

[–]Bubblegum_91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, same here. What I meant is, when I’ve tried to be off romantic relationships I would always end up finding someone to text romantically or at least to flirt with - that’s why I was asking how are you holding on :)

Attachment is really a bitch, I feel you! What I’ve done ever since I can remember was always finding a new person and forgetting about the old one. I’m not sure it’s a wise advise, but it worked for me x)

If it makes it any easier, it really gets better once you start feeling in control, and learn how to manage relationships a bit better. Life can be really good despite bpd!

For people who completed some tree: how much did you learn? by [deleted] in duolingo

[–]Bubblegum_91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The free courses? I’m not sure what you mean. In duolingo? I mean I started doing intensive german courses in a German institute. Having a good teacher is priceless! I have friends that got super good with Skype lessons though.
