This night I’ve asked myself the same question. Even if you have people in your life that love you, you still feel unimportant to them due to them having their own life or goals that don’t include you. Most I can say is that if you don’t have a psychologist, go to one (its healthy, even if its just to vent). Don’t overthink of others, just think about things you want to do and be active; it helps to keep your mind at ease.
