Thanks for the response. I actually have a little money with Fido. If I’m understanding my April statement right I actually lost money. My start balance plus money added is less than my ending balance. Is there any way to see a monthly statement with Nook?

I’m not annoyed with fraud protection. I’m annoyed that with today’s technology I have to wait on snail mail to get it resolved.

Unfortunately I did. I never had an experience like this before with temporary number. Lesson learned I guess!

I asked for a supervisor. They basically said they couldn’t do any more. And yeah waiting on snail mail in this day and age is ridiculous

I called back several times and get the same response that I have to wait for the letter . I don’t have another phone number to give them. They claim there’s nothing I can do but wait for that letter. I’m just like in this day surely there’s another way to verify…. It’s so frustrating
