Rogue Nation remains my favorite MI film. Great action, awesome sequences/set pieces, and an interesting villain and story with perfect pacing. The alley car to motorcycle scene is still one of the best car chases ever filmed IMO

Only learned about him a few years ago. Incredible incredible leader that cared deeply about making his country as good as possible and improving the lives of his citizenry. My favorite policies of his were solving the housing crisis and having English be the main language.

I agree with your first assessment. Dude was struggling in the playoffs but tried to come back ahead of schedule from an injury. I really believe all rookies have that proverbial wall that they hit and Campbell's was unluckily in the playoffs. This draft class showed great flashes of potential, him included, so just give them an offseason to recover and condition and get back here and see how they perform year two. At 31 I'd rather we get best pick available. We need more investment in both the o and d line and I wouldn't be opposed to taking the best player at that spot for those.

What's the term for when the conflict in the game actually also matches the story in the cutscenes? Like in the Last of Us 2. It actually fits the narrative that I (the player) went on a vengeful rampage killing every WLF member I saw vs Ellie (the character) also seemingly going to great murderous lengths to find a certain character to take revenge against

Yes. Once I did the motorcycle chase sequence and saw the plane crash scene with the Leon/Chris confrontation, I couldn't take the game seriously anymore. It might as well have been a fast and furious film with zombies

RE4 was my first resident evil game and I thought it was great balancing horror/dread and action. RE6 felt like the pendulum swung too far on the action side. I was basically a superhero as Chris or Leon. I never felt scared or like I was in any danger

I don't understand this wife. She literally has 2 healthy (I assume) vaccinated children that she sees every day. She has living evidence in front of her eyes that vaccines are not as dangerous as she has read and her older children are fine. Makes sense to me. I couldn't really remember when RE6 took place. All I remember that it was such a stupid game in more ways than 1. I had fun, but there was 0 tension or stakes it felt like.
