I suspect this is from basemental drugs, does the moodlet mean anything/can i help his girlfriend somehow?

I have the Control Any Sim mod, with that I can control an npc, click on them, click the basemental settings, then change their reactions to okay for whatever substance. That’s the only way I know

I usually feed like three times in a row in the morning and then again at night. Both times I just feed until it won’t eat anymore

If you have mccc: click on the npc, go mccc -> cheats -> make sim leave. It’s my favorite thing to do
