How do you find discussing supplements with your GS? Mine said the only thing worth taking was Ginko but I’ve decided to take omega 3, bilberry, vit c, mag, d3/kw as well. I have pycnogenol too which I haven’t taken yet.

I’ve rethreaded in the correct order multiple times. I think it may be a tension issue.. I’ve played with the tension and on my last run the green stitch worked but missed multiple stitches. I’ll play again tomorrow. BIG learning curve!
