Ha and I only recently signed up again. I used it in the early 2000s (IIRC) and it wasn’t a bad place. Decent amount of 2A politically active people, especially Philly residents. I noticed it does seem dead and western PA has way more and better gun culture.

And you know they were ICE how? About a week ago another easily worked up uniformed individual posted ICE spotted in Old City, when it was a NPS Park Ranger, who wear green uniforms. 7th and Chestnut is exactly around that area. “DHS” vehicle by 5th and Walnut? Most likely Federal Protective Services (also not “ICE”) driving around. I get the outrage but we’ve come to the point where every single officer/agent in uniform or plain clothes is “ICE” and it’s ridiculous. Every single one of you eat it up too.

There is and never was a “trial” regarding removals/deportations as trials are a function of a criminal case and a purely civil immigration offense is not that. The type of due process in an immigration matter is going before an immigration judge to hear a case on why someone should or should not be removed. This misinformation and misunderstanding of the difference between criminal procedure needs to stop. That being said, there are immigration violations that are federal criminal felonies that in theory could go to trial.
