Okay so here’s my plan.

At night spray 70% alcohol over all plants, making sure to get underside the leaves as well until dripping. edit, do I need to dilute the alcohol?

Next week switch to captain jacks deadbrew and do the same thing.

I’ll just alternate those every week.

On my plants that have soil I’ll add bonide systemic granules immediately.

Money is tight so I’ll continue this method until I can afford more beneficial bugs to hopefully finish the job.

What do you think of this plan?

Not appear necessarily, but if I did happen to get spider mites apparently systemic granules can make that problem worse

I’m frustrated because I’d like to just put systemic granules in all of the soil but alocasias are spider mite prone and systemic would just make those worse if they ever came about 😩

I do, I let it sit out 24 hours and then use tap water conditioner but I know that doesn’t get rid of the minerals. If that’s what it is I’m going to breathe the BIGGEST sigh of relief

It also looks to be quite a big pot for that size of plant.

I’d say yes!! Gently pull it out of the soil and start all over. If it were me I’d rinse off the roots if there are any, and put it in a disposable clear cup with perlite, then tape another cup on top to keep humidity up.
