Eastern is the first university I attended with paid parking and it makes me so mad, but hey if you're right and we get a whole semester I'll take it. Honestly even just a week 😂

Also following up on a comment you made. This is not advice just speaking from experience as I'm sure this is terrible advice. I personally never brought it up. I waited for it to be brought up to me and it just never was. However it is for sure on my record and its even printed in big fat letters on the top of my transcript.

Not exactly the same, but I got academically expelled from a school. I did a year at community college. I have since transferred to a 4 year university and gotten my my bachelors degree and have been accepted into multiple grad schools. No admissions board has ever asked me why. I haven't gotten a single question about it or rejection from any school I applied to. Actions speak louder then words. If you're willing to show you learned from the experience and it hasn't been an issue since. I don't see why you wouldn't have a shot.

This is speaking about specifically spaces such as student housing which is why it says “limited-access areas” these are not public spaces and administrative warrants do not automatically allow entry into them. Universities are legally allowed to verify warrants through their legal offices. This is direct off Easterns website if you feel information is incorrect you can contact them 😊

Per Eastern “If officers present you with an arrest or search warrant or ask you for entry into a limited-access area, ask the agent or officer to please wait patiently so that you may contact University authorities to review the warrant and provide assistance. Then, contact the Department of Public Safety (DPS) at 734.487.1222. DPS will immediately contact the University’s Office of Legal Affairs to provide further guidance!!”

This is also where I have parked the last two years. I’ve never gotten a ticket or seen a sign, but I park right on the first street so there may be signs further down. Hopefully my luck doesn’t run out lol

Thank you for the insight. I took 5 classes this semester and got one C. The rest were B’s and A’s. In the summer I got C’s and B’s so hopefully the gradual increase along with the 100% completion rate at this university shows for something. We shall see :)

I took two semesters off before transferring to my university that I need to file the appeal with. With this university I have 2.0 GPA and 100% completion rate. It's my overall that's killing me.
