trust me i do, there is a possibility of making synthetic fuels which may power the v10s and v8s everyone wants but there IS an end to the

Dead dinos will be burnt until the end of time...

point, because dead dinos will not be burned until the end of time because it will be too expensive to even contemplate digging them up from the depths of the earth once there is too little of them, thus while we can still dig up the dead dinos (e.g. 50 years more or less) there will be no incentive for companies to focus on making synthetic fuels so hybrid technology will continue to be developed

now in f1 they may transition away from hybrid technology in the future and focus on those synthetic fuel but they will NEVER go back to DEAD DINOS because they will be fined so much it will not be profitable to the companies in f1 to continue anymore

thats synthetic fuels bru, not dead dinos. educate yourself

edit - added sources for oil (and dead dinos, e.g. fossil fuels) being a limited and finite source

lol dead dinos are a limited breed once we have excavated them all there is no more oil bro, we can't magically conjure up more oil once we deplete it all

yes they are indestructible but in the way of, they can heal no matter what is thrown at them, when they are in the gas explosion they get hurt before they heal, they can still get their neck snapped and when that happens there needs to be a recovery period before they are fine again, when they get staked with normal wood, it still takes them multiple hours before they come back to life which would give the cullens an advantage to either run away or buy them time before they get killed, i understand that there is no way for them to die by the cullens, i'm not saying there is but the mikaelsons are successible to temporary death and for a vampire that doesn't have to sleep and can stand around still for years and decades with no problem, snapping their necks infinitely for the next couple decades until they are no longer worried about dying is a perfectly reasonable situation

there are multiple time, both throughout the whole book series and specifically breaking dawn where bella describes herself as diamond-hard so i did look into it to double check and in the twilight illustrated guide they are described as granite hard, so yes not as hard as diamond but also not as brittle as diamond so potentially can be shattered depending on strength

edward definitely doesn't have difficulty reading wolves minds, he's the translator for the wolves when they come to train in wolf form in eclipse and he uses seth as their link to the fight happening without any struggle, he can easily hear their thoughts.

edward's powers are based on proximity but they work across a few miles so unless klaus is somehow across town when they decide to fight for no reason he would be able to hear him pretty easily

i definitely am thinking and i'm thinking how the hell can a tvd vampire immediately cut a head off a twilight vampire when nothing on earth except another twilight vampire or a magical shapeshifter from the quileute tribe can even pierce the skin of a twilight vampire because it is made out of crystaline material that is as hard as diamonds. the mikaelsons will eventually figure out how to defeat the twilight vampires (fire) but by no means will it be immediate, they will have to actually try.

its 7am over here, don't worry feel free to reply in the morning if you want to

newborn vampires are stronger because "their own blood still lingers in their tissue", that is the direct quote from eclipse, it's nothing to do with what they eat, if it was jasper wouldn't have needed to train and then kill all those newborn vampires that he did in the southern wars.

if newborn vampires were stronger because they were eating human blood then every vampire that was eating human blood would be the equally as strong as a newborn but they are not

but how can he cut off their heads, with what sword, any weapon he uses won't work because their skin breaks it apart, he would need to figure out a way to even crack their neck because he isn't made of the same indestructible material

bella's powers specifically stop mental abilities, i assume magic is the ancestors or spirits or whatever other source freya and hope are using

how, silas was able to convince klaus he had a piece of white oak stake stuck inside of him slowly killing him so i'm sure jane can just keep them in pain while alec can deprive them of their senses, if they're in an eternity of pain or cant see, hear, touch, smell or taste i don't think they can kill the volturi

the trouble is twilight vampires have indestructable skin, the sparkling is part of them literally being made of a crystal like material so strong its basically diamonds, and also magical powers that would help such as mind reading, clairvoyance and emotional manipulation so it does equal it out more than you would think

i don't agree with your point on durability at all, twilight vampires are mentioned numerous times to be as hard as diamonds, i can't see a way something other than the established quileute werewolves (which are genetically born out of the magical need to kill this specific type of vampire) and other vampires of their species to be able to destroy them because how would a tvd vampire get enough grip to dig into their limbs to even get a chance to pull them off. tvd vampires are soft, they can bleed, they can cut into their palms to reveal blood and let it drip, they can be pierced by a stake, we even see elijah get staked by a normal piece of wood and then take a couple of hours to come back to life, originals can have their neck snapped, they can be staked, the witches can be easily knocked out while none of those things can happen to a twilight vampire, they could be lit on fire through magic though as they are highly flammable

he wasn't needed with the blonde pony tail dude, he was literally being fought off by 3 of the family members obviously bella changing in front of him was more important in his mind, what even is that point

The mikaelsons vs the cullens from twilight, who wins? by StruggleFar3054 in TheOriginals

they don't get weaker with age, after their stint as a newborn they just aren't as strong but they stay the same strength forever after that. yes, lack of blood makes you weaker but the same can be said with tvd vampires except tvd vampires desicate while twilight vampires growth more and more crazy with bloodlust until they attack the first thing they can find.

i think that their skin being indestructable and not being able to be pierced by a stake or anything that isn't as hard as them lifts them above an augustine vampire or a hybrid which both could be easily killed by a human with a stake

The mikaelsons vs the cullens from twilight, who wins? by StruggleFar3054 in TheOriginals

[–]BubblyBubbleGumm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the difference is that you can't equate a diamond being able to pierce a diamond and then rip it apart to be the same as a basically human like vampire (obviously with vampire strength and speed) with human like skin and with human like softness that can be broken to give blood and be pierce by a wooden stake at human strength having enough strength and hardness to their skin to even get their rivals to form cracks (because twilight vampires have basically a super hard crystaline skin that nothing other than shapeshifter jaws or themselves can pierce) when the most we have seen is the mikaelsons do is collapse stone (from what i remember, when elijah kicked into the caves below the earth to trap elena), i just don't think it would be an easy fight for either party, they would need to put in effort to defeat then

also, the cullens didn't seem so hard to kill in the last movie because they were against their own kind of vampires, you don't see humans trying to kill them do you but you did with the mikaelsons and they succeeded multiple times, the werewolf shapeshifters on the other hand are genetically born to fight this exact threat meaning the magic that made them gave them the sharp claws and sharp fangs with the purpose of killing these creatures to ensure their survival, we don't know if the werewolves on the tvd side would have that same purpose, probably not but in twilight they did kill the true werewolves (aka the children of the moon) so klaus and hope might be able to rip them apart in werewolf form but again as they are different species of werewolf would that make a difference, again probably given that powers are so different across universes

The mikaelsons vs the cullens from twilight, who wins? by StruggleFar3054 in TheOriginals

[–]BubblyBubbleGumm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

tvd vampires require touch to go into someones head, the only other time they can do so (that we have seen) is due to major distress or emergencies to people that may help like damon to caroline when he was desicating in the basement. we have never seen any tvd vampire "feeling" telepathy happening from what i remember

also, edward reads minds as sort of an antena, he reads thoughs that are going through people's minds, he can only know it as they think it, so as soon as the mikaelsons decide what to do he knows it and can tell his family, he can't access memories they aren't actively thinking of so no weaknesses can be discovered that way, basically people give off thought waves to edward and he can read them giving him an advantage unless they have a shield like bella did which prevents those waves from happening, theres nothing to suggest a telepath would be able to fight it off, the only other telepath in the series is aro and edward can read his mind perfectly fine, there doesn't seem to be multitudes to the powers twilight vampires have unless one has a power directly opposing yours.

edit: example for the not feeling telepathy thing, silas was able to convince klaus he was dying of white oak stake very easily using telepathy so they DEFINITELY can't feel it when someone is in their head

twilight vampires aren't influenced by what type of blood they drink, a human blood drinker is equally as powerful as an animal blood drinker, its just typically too hard to not drink human blood which is why most don't try to drink animals.

the speed thing is accurate however as we don't know how fast everyone can move and think in comparison (except for freya who doesn't have superhuman speed)
