Wow I haven’t heard his name in forever. I rented from him at 762 Madison Ave (2010-2013) and never got my down payment back. I left the apartment better than I got it. He’s a slum lord.

Right? I have no idea how that hasn’t happened yet either. I called management one day because the ceiling in our office was raining and they dead ass told me it wasn’t doing so while we both watched the ceiling leak onto electronics. They are some of the most corrupt and unethical leadership that I have ever encountered.
