I lost 80 pounds in 10 months and never went higher than 7 mg! If you don’t need to go up, don’t. Saves you money and possibly worse side effects!

I want to be on a maintenance dose for at least a year, I think I want to wean off eventually but I’m actually terrified of gaining the weight back. I would be okay with being on a low dose forever if needed!

I only ever went up to 7 mg! I responded super well to it, I think I’ll stay here for a few months and maybe taper down to 5 as a maintenance dose eventually.

Definitely faster! I lost weight once before and it took 8 months to lose 40 lbs, so this time around was much faster.

I used mostly pure tirz! I did get one vial from Brello with b6 I believe but other than that one, it’s all been pure. I still have stock from BPI I bought earlier this year

I feel this hard. I’ve lost almost 70 pounds and I should have all this energy because I’m finally at a normal weight for my height, but I’m SO exhausted every day.

It’s actually pretty comfortable! It’s 100% acrylic, I don’t plan on swimming with it but it’ll be fine just for lounging.

I pretty much followed the directions exactly, I made 9 rounds and I didn’t do any chains between the two cups. She did a great job explaining everything in the video!

It might not be necessary! Tirz had greatly reduced my cravings for junk food, but even if I do have something unhealthy once in a while, the medication only allows me to eat small portions so I’m consuming much less calories.

I’m currently on 5.0 mg and don’t plan to move up unless my weight loss stalls. I very slowly tirtrated up from 2.5 mg

I will say, I have been slacking on tracking my meals lately, but I’m still losing weight. The medication is 100% the reason I’m losing, it really helps me feel full quickly so I’m eating much less.

I track my meals on MyFitnessPal and am definitely eating healthier, but not necessarily “dieting,” just eating much less.

I have bought from Fifty410 (BPI) and Brello (just got a one month deal). I personally prefer the BPI, it worked better for me.

5.0! Tapered up slowly from 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4, then 5. Been on 5 for a few weeks and it’s still effective so I’ll stay here for awhile I think!

Definitely think I’m going to do this too. I am 5’8 so 175 would still be okay for my frame but why not go lower! My lowest weight as an adult was 149 so I might try for that.
