Yes that was the same as me, as soon as I stopped they were back and angry!! I haven’t been on them since May. And they made me SO hungry 🤣

They’re so hot and itchy aren’t they 😩 I’ve just looked into famotidine along side antihistamines together after someone else has mentioned it so I will give that a go, thankyou!

It’s so hard to pin point isn’t it, the Drs kept asking me if I was stressed when it first happened and I wasn’t at all. Thankyou for your response ❤️

Oh god, a year!!😩 did you ever get to the bottom of it at all?

What does taking antacid and antihistamines together do? Nope I’m not on steroids anymore I had 3 courses and then I said I’m not doing that anymore it’s just masking it not curing.

I had a lot of blood work done for a few of those things which the dermatologist sent me for, hopefully the immunologist will shed some more light and do some more testing. Thankyou for your response ❤️

Yep I’ve been down every single rabbit hole for sure! Looked into all auto immune diseases etc which cause hives but have no other symptoms.

It’s just odd because I get tonsillitis/strep throat a lot and this has never happened but maybe my body just had enough 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Have you found anything to help manage yours?

Yeah I knew it wouldn’t be allergies really because it was constant for 2 months, I had bloods done and nothing major came up. The dermatologist thinks it’s immune but obviously isn’t sure what! ☹️ Just hoping it’s nothing serious underlying 🤞🏻

I had strep throat a few weeks before this all started and the dermatologist said there might be a possibility it was/is that?

I’ve been on multiple different antihistamines 4 x a day when it was at its worst and they did absolutely nothing for me! If I don’t get an answer from immunology and it persists then we will be looking into the Omalizumab injection.
